Because the then national party of South african decided that the value of people of color were not good enough for areas such as district six and they believed that white people are better and should have access to beautiful homes close to the ocean and the city center

That white people are above anyone else and that they deserve nothing but the best and it should be given to them because they are superior over everyone and it was followed from the nazi party and they believed in the nazi ideology
