What I learned about the marine biology is that they protect, observe, or manage marine organisms or animals, plants, and microbes. Marine biologists can hold many titles and specializations. For instance, they can manage wildlife preserves to protect aquatic organisms. They may also study fish populations or test for bioactive drugs. I also acknowledged aim of marine biology is to discover how ocean phenomena control the distribution of organisms.
With the trip to robben island it was such a life experience. I really enjoyed my time being there and the most of it I loved the views. I also learned about how the Coloured and the Bantus were treated differently according to the food including the way they had to dress was totally different from each other. We also got to know who was the dangerous prisoner (Moses Sithole), the well known prisoner Nelson Mandela. The most unforgettable moments in South Africa is 1994 it was the the year former president Nelson Mandela was released from prison after the national party declared his release from robben island it was also the year african saw it’s first black democratically elected president.
